Will joined Continental Properties in 2023 as a member of Continental’s Investor Relations team. Will is responsible for raising outside equity capital for Continental’s development, income and opportunity funds; he also assists in the company’s investor relations functions and marketing and expansion plans. Prior to Continental, Will was Chief Investment Officer at Barrett Lo Visionary Development, a Milwaukee-based multifamily and mixed-use developer. Prior to Barrett Lo, Will spent 10 years in successively senior positions with Baird's Real Estate Investment Banking Group, raising capital for real estate developers and owner-operators in both the public and private markets.
