Sara has been a dedicated member of Continental Properties for over two decades, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to her role as Vice President of Development, a position she's held since 2022. In her current role, Sara provides support, guidance, and training to our Development team, ensuring successful diligence, entitlements, and permitting activities across our project teams. With a focus on refining processes, systems, and reporting, she continually seeks ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Development team. Sara is also a member of the Design Committee, where she plays a key role in shaping the strategic vision and creative direction for our rental homes. Notably, Sara played an instrumental role in defining and launching Continetnal's single-family rental home brand, Avanterra Homes, in 2022.
Sara began her Continental career as a Land Planner in 2004, and quickly took on roles of increasing responsibility, including Development Coordinator and Development Associate/Design Manager. From 2013 to 2022, Sara held key director-level positions before assuming her current role as Vice President.
