Patrick is responsible for pursuing external funds for Continental’s new multifamily LLCs and Income Fund; he also assists in the Company’s investor relations functions and marketing and expansion plans.
Before his career with Continental, Patrick was Managing Director of U.S. Institutional Equity Sales at Robert W. Baird & Co, a leading global investment bank. Prior to his Robert W. Baird & Co. career, Patrick was Vice President of Marshall & Ilsley Capital Markets.
