In his role as Portfolio Vice President, Nathan oversees operations for 10,000 rental homes across Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. He is responsible for driving operational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting team member development, and fostering strong collaboration between onsite teams and internal departments.
Nathan joined Continental Properties in 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience in multifamily real estate. His background spans new development, lease-ups, value-add, and affordable housing across a range of ownership structures, including large REITs and private equity firms.
