Since joining Continental in 2015, Megan has played a pivotal role in overseeing operations for communities across Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, Kentucky, and Ohio. As the Portfolio Vice President of Operations, Megan is responsible for managing the daily operations and financial success of these communities.
Megan joined Continental in 2015 as a Community Manager and has served the roles of Area Manager, Regional Director, and Regional Vice President before assuming her current role in 2023. Her vast experience provided invaluable insights into the industry and a comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects of property management.
Prior to joining Continental, Megan spent 13 years in the multifamily industry, with four years as a Community Manager specializing in lease-up communities. This extensive experience provided her with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the field, particularly in new construction.
Throughout her career, Megan has achieved numerous notable accomplishments. She was named Manager of the Year by the Tulsa Apartment Association in 2012 and was honored as Continental’s Property Manager of the Year in 2016.
