As Vice President of Revenue Management, Marcie oversees portfolio pricing and revenue management strategies to drive revenue at Continental’s multifamily communities. Marcie also assists our Development team in underwriting new deals with consistent and data-driven expertise. Marcie brings over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry.
Before assuming her current role, Marcie was Director of Property Management overseeing our Minnesota and Florida communities for two years. She became Director of Revenue & Marketing in 2017, and later Director of Revenue Management in 2020. Prior to joining Continental in 2015, Marcie worked with General Investment & Development, Equity Residential, and RealPage, holding a variety of leasing and management roles.
