Luke joined Properties in 2010 as a member of our Finance Team. As the leader of Continental’s construction financing, Luke managed over twenty bank relationships as well as the financial underwriting on new developments. Since 2015 Luke has closed on over 40 construction loans total $1.3 billion.
As the Vice President of Finance, Luke is responsible for all of Continental’s finance transactions including construction financing, permanent financing, acquisitions and depositions for all property types. Prior to being named Vice President of Finance in 2019, he held positions as Finance Director and Finance Analyst.
