As Regional Vice President, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing property operations for Continental’s communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. Jennifer provides support and leadership for Continental's onsite operations team, including Regional Directors, Area Managers, Community Managers, Remote Leasing Specialists, and Administrative Specialists, to ensure Continental is meeting operational goals across its three multifamily brands: Springs Apartments, Authentix Apartments, and Avanterra Homes. She also participates in the underwriting of new deals and opportunities for Continental.
Jennifer started at Continental over 20 years ago in Riverview, FL, and has taken on several roles across many states throughout her tenure. Throughout her four years in Florida, Jennifer served as a Leasing Associate before being promoted to Assistant Community Manager and later Community Manager. She then took an opportunity to manage a lease-up community in Asheville, NC, before relocating to Alabama and then Iowa, where she took on the role of Area Manager for Continental’s Illinois and Iowa communities. Jennifer moved to Wisconsin in 2018 following her promotion to Regional Director and was later promoted to Regional Vice President in 2021.
