Garrett has over 20 years of expertise crafting seamless user experiences across multiple channels, driving both business growth and customer advocacy. Before joining Continental in 2024, Garrett was a Partner at Capco, leading the Marketing, CX, Design, and Innovation teams and led the Customer Experience Strategy & Design at Isobar, where he developed a rich portfolio of customer-focused solutions across various industries.
