As Vice President of Acquisitions, Eric is responsible for identifying and underwriting new multifamily development opportunities for the company. Eric joined Continental in 2015 as a Land Planner and served several roles before assuming his current position.
Prior to his current role, Eric was responsible for managing the entitlement phase of numerous multifamily developments at Continental that involved annexations, rezoning, and all aspects of permitting. Eric has a depth of experience in site analysis and land planning, and in balancing site constraints with overall development goals.
