Continental is excited to share the promotion of Whitney Bunchkowski to Marketing Specialist.
Whitney started with Continental on June 4, 2015. She was hired as the Multifamily Operations Admin, supporting multifamily operations, retail, and legal, juggling everything from CAM reconciliations to travel to event planning (and much more).
Throughout her tenure, we have seen glimpses of her marketing talent. Early on, her artistic talent was noticed in the amazing presentations she created for numerous meetings. She also filled in with Photoshop and design work when we were in a pinch.
When the Marketing Specialist role opened up, we asked Whitney if she would be interested in giving it a shot. She took on the role on an interim basis and was given responsibility for all the marketing activities for our Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, and Iowa properties. Not only has she shown great creativity (written and visual), she has quickly grasped a number of complex tools. In true Continental fashion, she was given an opportunity for growth of which she took full advantage. On March 9, Whitney accepted the full-time Marketing Specialist role.
