The Top Workplaces USA list is curated based on feedback from an employee engagement survey conducted by Energage, an independent, third-party research company. This anonymous survey evaluates various aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, reaffirming Continental Properties' commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.

The Top Workplaces national awards are open to all companies with more than 150 U.S. employees. To qualify, companies must achieve a Workplace Survey response rate of 35% or higher. Over the past year, Energage has invited almost 42,000 organizations to compete for its national awards, which include Top Workplaces USA, Industry, and quarterly Culture Excellence awards. According to Top Workplaces, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation. The achievement emphasizes Continental Properties' exceptional standing and exemplary workplace culture as recognized by its employees' feedback, distinguishing it as a clear leader among its peers.
