MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Continental Properties is excited to announce its recognition on the Journal Sentinel's list of 2025 Top Workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin for the 13th consecutive year. This year, Continental has also been honored with two Culture Excellence awards, including Purpose & Values and Innovation.
The Journal Sentinel's Top Workplaces program is an annual initiative aimed at recognizing and celebrating stand-out workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin. Companies are assessed based on employee feedback captured by the Energage Workplace Survey. This program serves as a platform for acknowledging companies that prioritize employee satisfaction, growth opportunities, and overall workplace well-being, showcasing exemplary models of corporate culture and leadership within the community.
“As we celebrate our 13th year on the Top Workplaces list, it’s clear that our culture continues to be a driving force behind Continental’s success,” said Paul Seifert, Executive Vice President of Operations & Chief Legal Officer at Continental Properties. “The employee experience is one of our three core pillars of infinite sustainability - alongside customer experience and profitability. These pillars are interconnected, and together they drive our long-term growth and success.”
This year, Continental was honored with Culture Excellence awards for Innovation and Purpose & Values. The Innovation Award recognizes organizations that encourage new ideas, which help employees reach their full potential. The Purpose & Values Award celebrates organizations that have successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations into the culture.
“Continental’s culture is rooted in empowering our teams to think creatively and act with intention,” shared Liz Moritz, Vice President of Accounting. “Being recognized with these Culture Excellence awards reflects our commitment to fostering an environment where new ideas are embraced and our shared values guide everything we do.”
