In 2013, Steve Beine joined Continental fresh out of UW Whitewater in the newly created role of Finance Coordinator. From the start, he demonstrated the desire and ability to quickly learn about our business and entrench himself in the company with his strong work ethic and team mentality. In his present role as a Finance Analyst, Steve has continued to thrive by working with all areas of the company to generate insightful analysis and facilitate the flow of information.
Developing a coordinated and consistent reporting system was identified by senior management as a major issue to be addressed in 2016 and we are creating the new role of Financial Planning and Analysis to meet the challenge. I am pleased to announce that Steve Beine has been identified as the candidate to drive this role and is being promoted to the position of Senior FP&A Analyst. In his new role, Steve will work with all areas of the company to structure our reporting systems and become a resource to all departments for analytic insights. With everyone’s help, I am confident that Steve’s diligence and analytical skills will allow us to address this major issue.
