Springs at West Port will be the 3rd Springs Apartments community in the greater Port Charlotte area and the 13th Springs community in Florida.
Continental Properties will be partnering with Kaufman Lynn, who has served as the general contractor on four previous Springs Apartment Communities. The partnering architect will be Kahler Slater, who will be starting their 33rd project with Continental.
