We are pleased to announce that Springs at Orchard Road has reached stabilization. This community is one of five communities in Illinois, bringing the total home count to 1,432. Featuring 300 apartment homes, Springs at Orchard Road features one of our newly designed clubhouses with a 24-hour fitness center and resident lounge, enlarged pool deck, and a great grilling area.
Many team members were involved in making Springs at Orchard Road a successful project. Erik Hahn obtained the required rezoning and approvals for the project, while Brian Strandt managed the construction bids, and Eric Ellison worked hard managing the onsite construction, completing building turnover significantly ahead of schedule.
Tracy Norton, our Community Manager, oversaw our lease-up efforts and led us to stabilization. Our Springs Team has done a great job providing superior customer service throughout our project to help us achieve our goals and stabilize on time.
