Achieving a stabilized community takes the effort of the entire Continental team. Our goal is to reach 95% occupancy, which starts with the conception of project. This is a tremendous accomplishment and another example of how a One Team mentality leads to successful projects. Individuals from every department played vital roles in getting us to this point. As our Construction Department helped deliver an on schedule project, Community Manager, Cory Corban, led the Springs at Lakeline team to hit a goal of 95% occupancy in a very tough market while continuing to do what they do so well - executing daily on our promise of excellent customer service.
