We are pleased to announce that Springs at Juban Crossing in Denham Springs, LA has reached stabilization. A significant number of team members played a role in the success of Springs at Juban Crossing; it truly was a One Team effort.
At Springs Apartments, stabilization occurs when the community reaches, and steadily maintains, 95% occupancy. Reaching this goal is an example of how a One Team effort leads to successful projects. Individuals from every department played vital roles in getting us to this point. Developed in early 2017, Springs at Juban Crossing was our fourth and most recent community in Louisiana. In total, we have developed 1,116 apartment homes in Louisiana.
Although these communities would not be possible without our entire in-house team, having a dedicated, onsite team is a must. Carly Mansell, one of our Springs Apartments Community Managers, transferred to Denham Springs to tackle this lease-up. Her dedication to success is what got us to this point. Carly has since transferred to another Springs Community lease-up: Springs at Hammock Cove in Naples, FL. Upon her transfer, Brittany Smith took over as Community Manager at Springs at Juban Crossing to bring us over the finish line to reach our stabilization goal.
