Springs at Grand Prairie will be the 15th Springs Apartment community in Texas, and the 2nd in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, joining Springs at McKinney in the northeastern suburb of Dallas.
The Architect for this project is Excel Engineering and the General Contractor is The Lott Brothers, who have completed two other Springs Apartments communities in Texas – Springs at Sunfield and Springs at Summer Park.
