Continental Properties Adds Springs at Five & Main to Its Growing Multifamily Portfolio in Michigan

COMMERCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Continental Properties is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Springs at Five & Main, a walkable garden-style community featuring 284 premium apartment homes. Each unit will offer private ground-level entrances and attached garage options. Located near the northeast corner of Pontiac Trail and Martin Parkway, Springs at Five & Main will include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The community is also conveniently situated just ten minutes from the Twelve Oaks Mall and a variety of popular retailers, including Walmart, Meijer, Target, and Kroger. Additionally, residents will have access to an active multi-use recreational trail network that winds through nearby neighborhoods, wetlands, and lakes, offering ample opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration.

Pre-leasing for Springs at Five & Main will begin in the spring of 2025, when interested residents can visit the property and view apartment finishes and floor plan options. Move-ins are expected in the summer of 2025 with the completion of the community clubhouse and first building.
