Shortly after breaking ground on our first project in Florida in several years, we knew this project would be different. Interest in the new apartments was evident from the start with record-breaking website visits and record-breaking numbers prospect inquiries. On October 16, 2015 the first two buildings opened to new residents. Before the first weekend ended, every available apartment home was occupied. Team members from our Bradenton area Springs Apartments made the trip to Estero to help the team with a very busy weekend.
