In late July we achieved stabilized occupancy at Springs at Apple Valley, one month earlier than projected. Our preleasing numbers for the next 8 weeks are strong, allowing us to project holding occupancy in the mid-90’s.
Marcie Bissell, Director of Revenue Management, has overseen our lease up efforts since groundbreaking. Nicole Midtdahl, Property Manager, led the team to stabilization, with assistance from Mary Rud, and the team at nearby Spring at Egan Drive. Our Springs team has done a great job providing superior customer service, helping us achieve and surpass our preliminary leasing goals.
A lot of hard work by a lot of team members has gone into Springs at Apple Valley. Well done, and congratulations Team Continental!
