Earlier this week, Continental gathered for our Confab lunch event. Quarterly, team members from across the country gather in-person and virtually to hear transparent company news and perspectives that have an impact on Continental's performance and objectives.
Jim Schloemer, CEO, Dan Minahan, President, and leaders from our Development, Construction, Finance, Customer Experience, Legal, and Operations teams provide progress updates on department goals and our four strategic initiatives – Data Driven, Customer Centric, Production Model, and Evolving the Culture.
We also take this time to reflect on our five-year Strategic Plan, a framework that details how we will continue to accomplish our mission of building communities that enhance people’s lives. The event closes out with a Q&A session to ensure all team members are aligned with Continental’s goals and to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
