It is a very exciting time to be a part of Continental Properties and our Multifamily Operations team. Our current portfolio sits at 46 communities and our growth is projected to continue for the foreseeable future, with an active development pipeline of projects throughout the United States.
Growth provides new opportunities to focus on our cultural fundamentals, especially in four key areas. We will continue to provide superior customer service. We will support team members so they can provide that excellent service. We will offer opportunities for team members to grow their careers, and we will ensure that our properties perform well financially. It is with this focus I have the following exciting news to share.
Effective July 1st, Kelly Kempker will be promoted to Area Manager, overseeing our San Antonio properties. Kelly currently manages Springs at Creekside, which recently stabilized. She also led the successful lease up of Springs at Alamo Ranch, and was the Property Manager at Springs at Live Oak for two separate stints. Kelly joined Continental Properties in 2008 as a Leasing Agent.
Megan will be promoted to Area Manager for our Oklahoma communities and Springs at Country Club in Lake Charles, LA. Megan is currently our Property Manager at Springs at Woodlands South which stabilized earlier this year. Megan join Continental in 2015.
