Newnan, Georgia has been put on the map for several different reasons; one being the birthplace of 6-time CMA award winning artist, Alan Jackson. Now, Newnan is being put on the map yet again by Continental’s Springs Team 1, the the development of Springs at Newnan.

Springs at Newnan will be Continental’s second community in the greater Atlanta vicinity. The community will be located approximately 40 miles southwest of Atlanta on Interstate 85 allowing easy access for commutes. We anticipate opening our first homes in early 2020.
