Continental Properties Welcomes Garrett Hrncir as Executive Vice President & Chief Customer Experience Officer

 MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Continental Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Garrett Hrncir as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer, effective September 30. Garrett brings over 20 years of expertise in designing and building seamless user experiences across physical and digital channels, driving business growth, and fostering customer advocacy. 

In his new role, Garrett will lead Continental’s Customer Research & Insights, Marketing, and Market Research teams. His leadership and strategic vision will ensure that the company remains at the forefront of insights, innovation, and service in the industry, while enhancing customer satisfaction throughout its operations.
