Our Springs teams continue to be a wellspring of up-and-coming talent in the multi-family industry, and Amelia Robinson is the latest example.
Amelia started at Springs at Essex Farms in June of 2015 as a Leasing Associate. She joined the team at the beginning of our lease-up, an extremely hectic time even for seasoned professionals, and played a big part in helping us beat our stabilization goals. She took to the position naturally and we quickly identified her as somebody who had tremendous upside potential. She recently completed our APM (Assistant Property Manager) Development Program, and she is now ready for a new role.
