Continental is thrilled to celebrate another successful summer of our BUILD Internship Program! This summer, we welcomed seven talented interns who brought fresh ideas and enthusiasm to key areas including Market Research, Data Analytics, Marketing, Construction, Development, Investor Relations, and Human Resources.
Our internship program provides foundational career experiences, allowing students to build their skillset in their field of interest through hands-on training, meaningful project work, collaboration, and applicable on-the-job experience. In addition, interns are exposed to all areas of our business to further their learning and professional growth.
“Continental's internship program gave me the opportunity to work with professionals in my field and develop an understanding of future career goals. I was able to collaborate with a variety of employees in a range of departments and learn what each individual's role was to help the Company. The hands-on experience here could not have been better, and it has been an incredible introduction to the corporate world!” - Summer 2024 Marketing Intern
