Are the internships paid?

Yes, all of our internships are paid. We believe in valuing your time and contributions during your experience with us.

When are internships open to apply for?

We typically post internships beginning in the fall semester (early September) for the following year/summer and fill on a rolling basis. We will occasionally post any additional internships in January so check back if you don’t see the right opportunity for you on our job board!

Where are the internships located?

Our internships are primarily based in our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. Most internships are in-person at our office as we believe you will get the best learning and hands-on experience through in-person training and collaboration! While we do not currently provide student housing, we are happy to share resources for potential housing options in the area.

How long does the internship program last?

Our internships typically run for 10–12 weeks during the summer, but we occasionally offer semester-long internships as well.

What benefits do interns receive?

We offer interns competitive compensation, paid vacation time, half days on Fridays during designated Summer months, 401(k), opportunities for networking and social events, and additional involvement and professional development opportunities!

What does the interview process look like?

The process typically involves an initial phone interview followed by in-person or video interviews with 2-3 team members you’d be working closely with.

Will I have the chance to work with other interns?

Yes! Our program includes group activities, such as welcome lunches, group learning, site tours, and social events that allow you to connect with peers and colleagues.

Are there opportunities to transition into a full-time role?

Many of our interns go on to accept full-time positions with us after graduation. While full-time offers are not guaranteed, exceptional performance during your internship and available opportunities within the team can lead to the opportunity to join us after graduation.
