Continental Properties Launches College Path Program for Students

Continental Properties Company, Inc. announced the launch of its College Path program in February 2012.

The program, designed to educate and provide real-world experience to college students and recent grads, is an intense look at curriculum and adaptation.

Made up of two separate tracks, the programs set students up with industry-experts and professionals to educate them on real estate investment, construction, management and financial success.

The Construction Internship program is for students in their final year of Construction Management at college. This paid program is an intense 90-day look at the development of core principals and curriculum of developing both retail investments and multi-family.

The Property Manager Development Program takes students through an intense 2 year program that includes traveling to multiple properties to learn the important steps in managing a Class-A apartment community first hand. The first round of students began in February 2012 at the corporate offices in Menomonee Falls, WI. The students are currently learning property management under some of the brightest instructors at Springs at Asheville (Asheville, NC), Springs at Mountain View (Antioch, TN) and Springs at Bettendorf (Bettendorf, IA).
