Continental Properties Company, Inc.(Continental Properties), a national real estate development firm based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, has announced the sale of one of their developed, large retail centers based out of Olathe, Kansas.
The location, anchored by Kohl’s Department Store, was developed and built by Continental Properties in 1995.
This is the third retail development project sold by Continental Properties this year.
