Construction has commenced on Continental's newest Springs community, Springs at Bettendorf. The clubhouse is scheduled to open October of 2011 and the first apartment homes are scheduled for occupancy in November of 2011.
The Springs at Bettendorf is located at the intersection of 53rd Street and Devil's Glen, in the City of Bettendorf, Iowa. Like all other Springs communities, the Springs at Bettendorf offers a wide variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plan options, and includes amenities such as attached garages, private ground-level entry, resort-style pool, car wash, pet station and flexible leasing options.
The Springs at Bettendorf will be Continental's seventeenth Springs apartment community and its second community in Iowa.
